Shipping Policy

At Chengqiu Electric, we offer flexible shipping options to meet your project needs. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days. Best for small packages and samples.
Air Freight: 7-15 business days. Suitable for medium-sized orders.
Sea Freight: 20-45 business days. Most economical for large bulk orders (FCL/LCL available).
Rail Freight: 15-25 business days. Available for overland routes to Central Asia and Europe.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Contact us for a precise shipping quote for your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Report any damage, shortage, or defects within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or incorrect products. Products must be in original packaging and condition. Custom/OEM products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For warranty claims, please contact our after-sales team with your order number, product details, and photos/videos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours.
