What is the typical delivery time?

Express (3-7 days), Air Freight (7-15 days), Sea Freight (20-45 days). Production time is additional and typically 7-30 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide including Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe.

What is the MOQ?

Standard products: MOQ of 1-10 units. Custom/OEM products may have higher MOQs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), Western Union. Terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
