These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Chengqiu Electric Technology Co., Ltd. to you, the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

All prices are in USD (US Dollars) and exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties, and taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms may be negotiated for established customers.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, specifications, and technical data remain the intellectual property of Chengqiu Electric Technology Co., Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

Chengqiu Electric’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.
